Viral Dubai Chocolate

Who knew making chocolate bars , especially the Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar, was so easy?! 🍫 This literally took me not even an hour. It was so delicious.

Yield 6 Bars

Prep Time 20 min

Cook Time 60 min or less

Special equipment:

  • Chocolate Bar Mold (I purchased mine on Amazon, it is linked on my storefront under “Erin’s Table”)

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup dried pre chopped Kataifi (I also ordered this on Amazon ,  linked on my storefront

  • 2 cups of chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate , but milk chocolate also works. I recommend using semi sweet or sweet chocolate)

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (I used Nutiva)

  • 1 tablespoon tahini (I used Soom Foods)

  • 6 ounces of raw pistachio butter (whole container of Pepper Tux Farms )

  • One tablespoon of maple syrup (I used Crown Maple, Optional, but not necessary if you have sweet chocolate)

Instructions:

  • In a pan on low heat, melt the chocolate chips with one tablespoon of coconut oil

  • Place about 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into each of the chocolate molds (don’t add too much, or else it will be messy and overflow). Then place the molds in the fridge to set.

  • Come back to the stove and make the pistachio filling. Add your 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to the pan over medium heat, and add in the chopped, dried kataifi. Continually cook and mix the kataifi until it is golden brown.

  • Turn the heat off and add the pistachio butter and tahini. Mix until combined. Add in your maple syrup if using.

  • Take the molds out of the fridge. Place equal parts of the pistachio filling into each of the chocolate molds. Make sure it is evenly spread out on top.

  • Then add another two tablespoons or so of your melted chocolate to cover the pistachio filling.

  • Place it in the fridge for 40 min or freezer for 20 min. The longer it cools, the better it will be!

  • Take it out of the fridge or freezer, and carefully take it out of each of the molds. It should come out easily.

  • Enjoy! 🍫🍫🍫🍫
