Banana Bread

This was literally the most deliciously juicy banana bread I’ve ever made, and I attribute it to nearly thrown-out brown bananas!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour 

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 pinches of salt 

  • 1 and ¾ cups of brown sugar 

  • ¾ cup of melted butter 

  • Splash of whole milk, roughly 2 tablespoons (can supplement whole milk with nut milk)

  • 4 eggs 

  • 2 cups of mashed bananas (about 4 super bananas) 

    Optional : 1 tsp of vanilla extract, chopped walnuts, or chocolate chips.

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in one large bowl. Whisk the wet ingredients in another bowl. Slowly put the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. I used an electric mixer. 

  3. Butter/oil a loaf pan and add the mixture into it.

  4. Put it in the oven for around 60-70 min (Depending upon your loaf size). Bake until the fork inserted comes out clean.

  5. Let it cool and serve!
