Crunchy Cabbage Salad

Crunchy cabbage salad. 🥬 This is a staple salad in our home. You can add so much to it and the longer it marinates in the fridge the better it gets! I’ll eat this as a side with scrambled eggs, or build into a bigger salad with protein and toppings. Lasts up to 7 days.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage 

  • ⅓ cup of mayo 

  • 3 tablespoons vinegar 

  • Half or a full lemon 

  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Finally slice your cabbage 

  2. Mix in all your ingredients 

  3. Use a Mad Hungry spurtle to mix 

  4. Serve and store in an airtight container
