Pink Pasta

So easy!
Mine fed my whole family (family of 5)

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz ricotta cheese @organicvalley

  • 4 small beetroots

  • Salt to taste

I recommend using a loaf pan, as the pan I used was too big!

Directions:

Roast the beets, cut and put in a blender with the ricotta cheese, blend, put it over pasta and add salt for taste! (Ingredients all from Whole Foods)
